PSA Reflection

PSA stands for Public Service Announcement. PSA is a type of advertisement on television, radio, print or other media. They try to sell a product, to change the public interest, by raising awareness of an issue, affecting public attitudes, and changing people’s minds about certain things like watch the road while driving, you never know what can hit you. PSA also in a way tries to protect people from dangerous things such as car accidents, by making commercials on television and radios and even in newspapers. In a way it also tries to fool us by advertising things like diet pills, which are actually really bed for you. In conclusion, I think that PSA is helpful because lots of people pay a lot of attention to it and sometimes it may help and try to change the world into a better place, but at the same time I think of it as in something like a lie.
